NON RECEIPT OF MY ED EMAILS

We are aware that some parents have experienced problems receiving My Ed messages.  Following investigations this appears to be as a result of changes in their email provider’s security settings due to GDPR regulations and as a result their provider blocks the My Ed emails.  The email providers affected appear to be Sky, Yahoo and BTInternet.  Please see the relevant link below for changing your email settings to allow emails directly into your inbox:

To enable emails into a Sky or Yahoo Inbox

To enable emails into a BT Internet inbox

INCORRECT ACHIEVEMENT/BEHAVIOUR NOTIFICATIONS

Some parents have also been receiving achievement/behaviour notifications when there are no entries.  To rectify this parents will need to clear the Cache on their phone.  Below is a guide on how this can be actioned, though individual phones may vary.
